This webinar explores the principles and practical applications of the SNOMED CT Context Representation Implementation Guide. Efficient clinical information exchange relies on how clinical meaning is combined with contextual information, such as whether a finding is present, absent, or part of a family history. The session focuses on the transformation between different context representations, including the use of context-aware SNOMED CT concepts and structural representations within information models like HL7 FHIR. We will highlight the "Context transformations demonstrator," a tool designed to show how these representations can be reliably converted to support data reuse and interoperability across diverse healthcare systems.
