This webinar explores the critical role of SNOMED CT within the European Health Data Space (EHDS) dataset specifications, focusing on how standardized terminology facilitates seamless clinical data exchange and interoperability. We will examine how key EHDS specifications - including Laboratory Reports, Patient Summaries, and ePrescriptions - are brought to life and made interactive through the SNOMED CT EHDS demonstrator. A significant portion of the session will be dedicated to the Lab Reports specification, providing an in-depth look at how specific data elements and terminology bindings are showcased within the demonstrator to support robust healthcare data integration across the EHDS. La sesión destacará la integración de SNOMED CT con estándares externos, como LOINC, y demostrará cómo SNOMED CT facilita un potente análisis de datos clínicos mediante herramientas y ejemplos del mundo real. Asimismo, retomará el tema de los informes sinópticos de cáncer, mostrando cómo los enfoques de reporte estructurado, respaldados por SNOMED CT y FHIR Questionnaire, permiten generar datos oncológicos consistentes, interoperables y preparados para su análisis.
