Overview

The SNOMED CT Foundation Course provides an introduction to a broad range of SNOMED CT related topics, including the why, what and how of SNOMED CT.

The course consists of three modules, each containing 3 lessons and a practical exercise. At the end of the course, there is an additional final assessment. The course takes around seven hours of study and should be completed within four months.

The SNOMED CT Foundation Course is a prerequisite for the more advanced SNOMED CT courses.
