SNOMED CT Implementation Course Guide

There are three completion certificates available for each of the three streams of modules.

In order to gain a stream completion certificate you will need to successfully complete all modules within that stream (including all lessons, activities and practical assignments) and pass a stream assessment with a score of 70%.

Upon successful completion of a skills assessment for a particular stream then a completion certificate will become available.  To view and download a copy of this please go to the 'Course Achievements' area which is the second tile on the course homepage.
